ANY QUESTIONS?

Do I need an appointment to try on wedding dresses?

Q: Do I need an appointment to try on wedding dresses?

A: Yes! We want this to be the best shopping experience of your life. By requesting an appointment, we can make sure you receive the proper individual attention you deserve while wedding dress shopping. Consultants come into the store on an appointment-only basis, so we cannot gurantee walk-in availability. We recommend a group size max of 4-5 people plus the bride. Appointments require a credit card to officially book. There is no charge for the appointment but a $50 cancellation or a $100 no show/ no contact fee will be applied as needed.

Do you carry bridesmaids, formal, or mother of gowns?

Q: Who should I bring to my appointment?

How long does it take for a wedding gown once it is ordered?

Q: How long does it take for a wedding gown once it is ordered?

A: We wish there was one, easy answer, but the length of time from when you order a dress to when it arrives depends on a few factors.

Factors to consider when ordering a wedding dress with Bridals By Jodi include:
Delivery times vary by designer. If you are on a tight time line or are concerned about timing, please check with our wedding consultants on which designers will be able to meet your schedule.

Some dresses may not be in stock with our vendor which will require additional time for a dress to be delivered. We can check inventories nationally to see if your dress is available before you place an order.

On average, most wedding gowns take 4 to 6 months to arrive in our shop once they are ordered. For brides with an immediate need, we can work to find a wedding gown in your size that is currently in stock. If you need a wedding gown ASAP, we sell our samples off-the-rack for a discount.

Where is your mural located?

Q: Where is your mural located?

A: She's a beauty, right? Painted by the talented Alison Dunavant- our mural is on the back wall of our store, facing the parking lot. Please take plenty of pictures with your "I Do" crew when you come and see us! And don't forget to tag us @BridalsbyJodi. The dog in the left corner is named "Tico". He was Jodi's beloved shop dog who greeted and loved on every bride he met. He was a very, very good boy.

Why Down with the Gown?

Q: Why Down with the Gown?

A: We want every step of this process to be just as fun and special as our brides! A "Yes to the Dress" is all well and good but we would rather be unique. BBJ brides have a 25 year tradition of being "Down with the Gown" and taking a picture with our sign to share with all of their friends and family.
